Minolta drive MD-1

Hi, want to check if anyone had a spoilt MD-1 drive to sell. I want the battery holder. Also if you know any shops that sells it, do tell me.

Hi, I think there is one unit in TCW, but don't think they will sell the batt holder only. You have corrosion on the contacts? next time when you are not going to use it for a long time. I suggest you remove the batteries.

the battery holder did not corrose but crack. that is why I am hoping to find a replacement

How much does it cost to replace the plastic itself? Possible or not? Cos if the cost same as buying a 2nd hand one, then might as well get Minolta to replace it....

Can you try to use super glue or araldite glue to repair it?

well i did try but it is coming out again... so I am still hoping and hoping to find a replacement. not that easy though

maybe u can try ebay?
i got my x700 + md1 on ebay.
