Default Real Monk or Fake Monk

Take a look at this photo.

Pic on the left was taken today at 12.30pm and the right was earlier at 10am. You guys think they are the same person.

    Here is my kaki's analysis...

Always around the Clark Quay and Boat Quay area. Only approaches tourist except once when he saw me with my camera. I just ignored him.

You guys so funny, found all the similarities, but the most significant one is his cap. It's the bloody same cap.

PS on the second photo, the cap was just to proof a point that this "monk" is the same person on the right.

Not sure if you're being sarcastic or what. But if got "fake" monks on the street can call police 1 uh ?

I'm asking a serious question though

i am not been sarcastic. monks ask for food, they dont ask for money...yes, you can call police if you see a monk on the street carrying a bowl and asking for money.

however, you can go to temple or monastery and donate money. but on the street is no no, it is against their practice.
    Objection !!!

No real monks or nuns from any Buddhist organisation in Singapore are allowed to be out on the street asking for donation.
    This is a true fact.
Therefore any person dressed in a fashion that causes public members to believe that he or she represents a religious organisation, AND asking for donation, is unfortunately an imposter.
No member of the public should donate.
In fact, yes, one should report cases of these to the police for soliciting illegally.
