thanks for the introduction.
i may want to use your service sometime next month for frame printing.
my question is:
- will i be able to send the picture thru email?
- if i want it to be delivered within singapore how much will it cost? (for example the 10R prhotographic print with medium sized frame)
- how long will it take to print, frame, and deliver?

You can send (10MB) via email to admin@just1book.com.sg or Skype it (100MB) to "just1book".
We need 5 working days and $7.00 for delivery. Pls visit us to select material, frames and view the samples.

Is it possible for you to print from pdf document?
We preferred pdf for photo book.

What file format should I save as?
For prints and canvas, we would prefer JPEG or TIFF.

Between "Photographic Prints" and "Photographic Print Transfer", which gives better results in terms of color and sharpness?
"Photographic Prints" are chemical prints, exactly like your 4R, 6R, etc.
"Photographic Print Transfer" is a process to laminate on the chemical prints, baked with an oven to peal off the laminate and transfer over the canvas. This is the traditional mean of canvas prints.
