Now that Polaroid is no longer producing its instant films. What's left is the Fujifilm's alternative.
Any medium format cameras (not referring to the Holga) to recommend that enable the use of the Fujifilm FP-100C cartridges? Thanks

most medium camera has their own instant film back are able to use Fuji instant film, however, for 6x6 or 645 cameras, you only see the whole 6x6, or 645 image exposed on small part of the instant film, 67 camera has slightly bigger image, but the camera body with the lens is super heavy.
one alternative is look for a Polaroid camera using the Type 100 series packfilm, so you can load the fuji FP 100 into the camera. and get bigger image area. |

But I find that there are too many restrictions for my camera... Looking for a more manual camera, that I can shoot in more other conditions...
Currently using the Polaroid #403 Miniportrait... ![]() ![]()

645 or 66 cameras are possible to shoot handheld, if you don't mind the images only like credit card size.
images from 67 cameras are slightly bigger, however, it is still not full frame, if you don't mind to carry a camera set up weight a few kilos. and you also need a tripod more sturdy than Manfrotto 055. |

Hi,
I highly recommend a converted Polaroid 110b (converted to use pack film), with the Ysarex lens. You can get them off ebay for between 450 to 600 USD. Here is a sample, does not scan so well as I used Fuji SILK and the texture of the paper comes through to the scan. The original print is just lovely. Its full manual range finder (coupled on the 110b)....so you get all the control you want.... ![]() If you really want to handle one, PM me and perhaps can arrange a meet up if convenient. ![]() |

backs that use Fp-100c are available for most popular MF cameras. as stated above, the image is limited to a small sized portion of the picture. i have a Mamiya rb67 on which the image is is a reasonable portion of the picture.

yeah, props for the converted 110B too.
If you have extra cash, go for the 4X5 film mod ones. You can use fuji fp100C (full frame), medium format and large format. very versatile. ![]()
