recently sent my camera for servicing for the local agent and it took them about 2 weeks to fault find, and in the end, just told me main board is spoil, and got to change the mainboard for close to SGD500.
After getting it back, it's not working, and sent it back and waited another 3 more weeks , they just kept telling me cannot find out what's wrong.
It was finally fixed within 2 working days when i threaten to take the camera back and send it to the country of origin to fix.
Do you guys think this kind of service is acceptable?
Should I demand for at least some discount?
