Default Canon D30, S800 printer, etc drivers won't work on Win XP?

I was just trying to upgrade my PC from Win ME to XP. The report generated showed that quite a number of my softwares/hardwares will not run after the upgrade. 2 of which are my D30 and S800 printer. And even the ADSL modem for my Singnet Broadband which I installed only recently. How come it won't work on XP?? Strange...

What is the way round this? Are there driver updates that I can download from Canon etc? Anyone can kindly help me here? Thanks...

You can find the latest printer and digital camera drivers for your O/S at the following URL:

http://www.canon-asia.com/downloads/...bubbleJet.html

http://www.canon-asia.com/downloads/...talCamera.html

I've done a check... both the S800 and D30 have drivers for Windows XP.
