EF 200mm 2.8L II First Test Shot

Just got this babe at a very attractive price. My first Grey Heron in flight.

Well, just discovered that I am not that sturdy after all at 200mm handheld. Will need a monopod and flash beemer.

(Thanks Harlequin for pointing out the bird ID error, anyway I can't really tell a grey from a purple)

Looks more like a Grey Heron to me. Plumage very grey leh...
