Bird of prey in Halong Bay

Sorry to poor quality.... spotted this guy while on the boat ride around Halong Bay. Borrowed friend's EF100-400 for this shot.

Anyway to ID it thru this poor quality crop?

hey tim, my bet that the raptor is a black kite.

has its white spots on the wing tip, and the black-tipped beak.

not a bad pic for id tho, you managed to get the important parts down! hee..
