Hey guys I don't know if I posted this in the correct section but I recently found a Six 20 Brownie C Kodak camera and it is in quite a bad condition(rust, corrosion and peel) and I was wondering if anyone has tips on restoring it back to the best possible condition?
Also, anywhere I can find the 620 flim? I heard they are not avaliable now. Thanks!

i think for rust you will need to take the entire camera apart, and use see if the rust can be removed using things like autosol or brasso etc. after that you'll need to apply rust convertor, then paint over it. that protects the metal. this is just for the casing restoration. The mechanical parts, if they are rusty and corroded, need to be replaced. dunno if you can still get though. cool camera, hope you can use it soon.

to avoid loose rolls, over-tight rools, fingerprints on the film, dust, and stuck on the spool when winding issues, i now cut down my 120 spools with needlenose pliers, rather than go through the hassles of respooling. it takes about 5 minutes and you only need to cut it down far enough to spin. it's not very far on a brownie hawkeye. others will vary. in any event, you can fin the spools on the 'bay all the time.
