    Lightbulb Adobe CS5 Will Run on Intel Macs Only

    Adobe says that future versions of its Creative Suite (currently at version 4) will run only on Intel-based Mac computers; Creative Suite 5+ will not work if you have a PowerPC-based system. This decision was based on Apple withdrawing support for the PowerPC chip set with its new operating systems, beginning with Mac OS X Snow Leopard (V10.6). With Apple’s future development focused on Intel Macs, Adobe is aligning its resources accordingly. read more

    the last powermac g5 was in late 2005
    the 1st intel mac was in jan 2006

    i believe that they should upgrade already

    LOL!! at first i was like Why Adobe?!! why!!! then after reading the article,
    They only said theyre withdrawing support from powerpc Macs (about time too). DOES NOT apply to PC users. Please don't correct me if im wrong haha...
