for a corporate event, on 30 aug (sunday) from 6.30pm onwards
it will be held at some auditorium

nope, videographers need to have own camera
so if you're renting, you can cost that in your quote

I know what you are looking for. You will be needing a run and gun as well which is where i come in and i got my own tools.

as for the footage, does the client require it to be post processed after the event or just give the client in the original 1920x1080 AVCHD?
