I am using the Transcend 2GB cards and they are working well. The cards I have are quite old already and they are the slower 133X and 266X cards.

I have both, and also older generations of Sandisk - I, II & III CF.

Between UDMA300x & ExtremeIV - Not much of a difference in the camera (maybe I don't shoot multiframes continuously to fill up buffer.)

When connected to PC, I think the Trandscend UDMA 300x is faster than Sandisk Extreme IV, but just a wee faster. I usually take toilet/coffee breaks when downloading, so the difference if any doesn't really matter much.

well, if you're looking at reliability, i would recommend sandisk,

some i heard say transcend is not as reliable as they have experience memory cards file corruption before,

but personally my transcend 266x has served me well for 3 years and is still going fine.

so i'd say go for it!

I don't see much difference in reliability between the brands.)

a few have experienced file corruption on trascend

but i have not, so i won't hesitate to buy it,

esp since they have the 600x CF card.

So far, I have no issues with this brand and each brand have had some bad eggs in the basket before, so I wouldn't dis' any particular brands.

The only peeve I have is for Kingston cards which tends to be slower, thus I do not quite like them.

What exactly do you want to compare?
For performance in the camera you can check here, select your camera and see the results. Don't be surprised if the difference is marginal - finally it's the camera that defines how fast the data can be transferred to the memory card. The slowest link will define the overall speed.
The difference is more obvious when you plug the card into a CF reader and connect to a computer.
