hi,
i am using an AIO printer with a flatbed scanner, but all my images have these multi-color thin bands across them. my old scanner had this problem as well. is there anything i should know about using a scanner? my current scanner shouldn't be dusty as its only 1 mth old and the banding appears across whole image. why is the image like that? it was scanned in 300ppi attached is a screenshot of what m referring to : ![]() advice pls! |

what model of AIO are you using? my friend is using an epson AIO and has these problems. I believe is a manufacturer's fault. should be under warranty.
