Hi guys,
I've been using VueScan demo for a while before I did a hard restart on my Mac while the software was calibrating the scanner. After the restart, I could not get VueScan to launch anymore. It just hangs at the startup picture. Anyone here experienced similar situation and managed to solve it? I'm using a Dimage Scan Dual IV if that helps. Thanks. |

i'm using nikon coolscan V LS50ED with the vuescan. never had that prob. AFAIK, if software hangs, just reinstall. the fact that u mentioned that power was cut off during calibration is a good hint of what caused the prob.
just reinstall both vuescan and ur canon scanner software driver. sounds like ur computer is hanging and not vuescan itself. hope this helps |
