Fulltime Junior Video Editor Needed

Hi budding videographers,

We are a creative production house looking for a full-time junior video editor who is comfortable working with premiere, final cut and after effects platforms.

If a Junior editor is supposed to be able to work comfortably with FCP, Premiere & AE platforms, may I know what will be the expectations of a Senior Editor in the event that you need to hire one?

No offense or any implications to your posting, I am just doing some background research for industry expectations in the various positions.

To clarify, we are looking someone who is able to work with those softwares as we are using them. He/she does not have to be very good with them but must be willing to learn and use them for production. Its 'junior' as we already have senior video editiors and is looking to expand our team.
