Hi all,
Planning to go to Japan for 4 weeks in Sept-Oct. I was wondering if there are any buildings or hotels you guys know of that I could easily go into to get a good high-up shot of the city in both day and night? I've seen a couple of pictures around that were taken from a hotel lobby in a hotel that the photographer was not staying at. Is it easy/safe to just go in, go to desired floor and start snapping without any conflict of sorts? Cheers |

TS,
If not wrong, you can narrow down to where you are going, so more people may advise you what buildings around the area you going. So you don't need to travel so much! Enjoy your trip and post pictures when you're back ookay! ![]() |

Some of the buildings on the western side of Shinjuku have restaurants at the top level of buildings, you can enjoy your meals and shot night scenes too
another tip for those who wish to shoot the Shibuya crossing is the Starbuck diagonal opposite the train station, there have a row of seats facing the crossing, buy a cuppa coffee and photograph the sea of people ![]() |

I don't mean to be insulting, but I think given a place for such purpose it is naturally it will be packed. Please show alittle gratitude and stop the whining
