Default Proofng pictures or not when doing PP without printing

I just need to find out from you guys, do you proof your photos in PS to Monitor RGB when you are doing PP. Or do you not proof at all? Reason being i calibated my monitor with spyder and when i edit my photos without proofing, its very yellowish, when i proof to monitor RGB, it shows better, whiter, bluer color , just like the color when i look at websites.

If i had calibrated my monitor, does it mean that if i proof to monitor RGB, it will appear safer and more towards my monitor color when viewed on other PCs rather than not proofing? i know viewing on other PC sure different color but which one is closer, proof to monitor RGB or not?

Im not doing printing so no need to consider abt proofing to printer profile. Thanks!
