i never said i didnt like film, just said i do film cause i couldnt afford another camera
film is really starting to grow on me, despite the veryvery slow process (i usually take a week or two to shoot one roll, then procrastinate until i have time to develop, then i stare at it for a while before i decide to get it scanned or use an enlarger)
Wow I finish 3 rolls in 2 days...
But the roll of film in my diana has not been used since 2 weeks ago...
i shoot with whatever my teacher throws at me to try out, he wants to make me do bigger frames next time o.o those big square things i haven't figured out their names
but mostly i shoot tri-x (: i love the effect,
but never got around shooting any other type of film though, because the chemicals in school are more suitable for tmax,tri-x stuff
but i want to see how ilford and neopan turns out, and try taking photos using x-rays >
i tried shooting colour twice, using some film i picked up at those kodak outlets around neighbourhood shopping centres,
the colours are amazing,
but having to think about colour, composition and contrast all at the same time is kind of stressful,
so i prefer to stick with black and white,
i can snap whenever a good composition appears without worrying about whether the background overpowers the subject and stuff.
i've heard of slidefilm, is it expensive?
for a cheaper alternative why not the ilford hp5?
i shot that since i started years ago
