Online Proofing and web store

I wanted to see if anyone knows of a business here in Singapore that offers online proofing and photo printing for photographer's clients? Takes the hassle away from the photographer. They print and mail them and then you get a profit but don't have to deal with the hassles of proofing/ordering. Something like this www.pictage.com. I recently moved here from the states and there are many companies that do it there.
