Hey Guys ....

Need ID on this..



It would also help if anyone could let me know it's habitat, re-production, life span, Any other critters that has relationshsip with it.

p/s on a side note do we post pic here or elsewhere??

the almost luminous like colour is nice ... taken by c5050? sorry, OT a bit ...

anyway, it might help if you give more specific descriptions of the actual size etc .... time and place of dive may help? some creatures only appear at certain timings right?

Sigh.. all i remember is that it is a day dive. Couldn't even remember the size. just remembered that it has a nice "ring of fire" took a shot and left...


was low on air at that time.

just looking thru my "failed" shots. and found this. would want to know what is it. and things associated to it.. hee hee. so i will know what to shoot next time.

hmm. how small can sea snakes get? this is a genuine qtn hor. knowing waisj, i think this photo is of something really quite small... it first reminded me of ... what you call that .. some brittle arm star? looks a bit like one of the arms, but i have not seen such colours one la.

hahaha, seen enough of your photos to know! keke.. and the green thingie that it is on, trust me, i cant really tell what it is, but it cant be some big thick leafy uw vegetation... it tells the size of the unknown creature..

you are right. it is macro. thus cant be a sea snake furthermore it has mantle like "feet"

been trying to go into fish portraits ... but no strobe.
too used to olden slide days....

asiandiver. the oct/nov2003 issue, a taiwanese diver sent in a pic of an octopus he saw at lembeh. neville coleman, an uw natual history author helped to identify it.

maybe you wanna try sending this photo in? of course.. try to remember as many details as possible!

neville coleman ohh my i love his photos.....

this australian guy paces himself as a Natural history photographer...
there was a shot by him of a harlequin shrimp...
