    Default CF type II

    Hi
    anyone here knows where sells a good range of CF II cards??

    thinking of getting one. but havent been out lately, and im not sure which type of CF II is a better buy..

    Usually i try Sim Lim, specifically Storage Studio. i believe major photography shops like CP, AP, MS, J316, TCW, etc also carry them.

    As for prices, i think the lobangs here in CS give the best prices.

    Just curious, but why on earth would you want a CF Type II as opposed to Type I ?

    coz my camera only accepts CF II and Smart Media(the limit sucks btw).....
    so, i guess CFII is the way to go fer me

    nope. there's no camera that accept only CF II and not CF I. let us know you camera model? If it's from Fujifilm, it supports CF I.

    its a Fuji S602Z
    tried puttin in the cf card, but it din seem like it would go it, and i din want to press to hard so me thinks cf I is not supported
    so am i wrong???

    mpenze , is correct.

    If the device can accept CF II, it definitly can take in CF I

    i think he got it mixed up..... CF II is the thicker 1" one......... S602 support the thinner CF I and not CF II

    why storage studio since they carry only Transcend and Ridata and their prices a little high although I do like their excellent service. However, I don't think they carry CF type 2

    i hv a 602 and it supports both CF type I and II. likely as what excess had mentioned, you may be trying to insert in the wrong way.

    S602Z supports CF I, CF II and smartmedia.

    how much is a 1 gb card? going to use it to shoot in burst mode but dunno which brand would be fast enough

    but as i din want to push it in wif force, i thought it wasnt compatible
