Organising the Underwater Thread

Hope the mods elect the underwater thread mods ASAP. As mentioned by lanxx, we would like to see some organisation in this sub-thread, arranged in a way very much like wetpixel.com.

Perhaps during the the X'mas UWCS seed, you people (I am in HK) can thrash out what topics we want to keep, so that all new posts do not deviate from what we set out to be....
