No complain than no improvement. Complain can be a form of feedback or awakening call or alerts and doesn't always have to resort to arguing or fighting. Imagining when we created a software and those who use it found some difficulties and they just take it as it is and just keep quiet, like that surely no improvement lor. Just my 2 cents. Not trying to keikiang so don't flame me.

lets say in terms of customer service:
complain = customer unhappy, use harsh tone to complain. customer service person hear already also unhappy
feedback = customer unhappy but tone is mild, customer service person hear liao will take feedback seriously
