hmm.. In the first place.. should there even be a "delete thread" function..?
What gives a person the right to take away something that is not theirs?
What gives the TS the right to remove other member's post?
Thread Starter = Thread Owner? Even if this is so, Does the owner of the thread also owner of all the posts within the thread? Apparently not so, according to "12. Legal ownership - Each message posted is owned by and is the opinion of the original poster". The person who post is the owner of the "post/message", not the thread starter.
So.., what gives another person the right to remove a post not owned by them in a public forum? If the TS can delete other members' posts (via thread deletion), why the mod cannot undelete other members(and their own) posts (via thread undelete)?
For those who always has so much to say but yet dare to be open and love to hide in a corner to do some funny things to others. What we have seen here on the public forum is not what's it portray. Under it have lot of things are happening
Anyway, now we are just behind a keyboard lor.
Now very free, post a thread that contains my fart
It does not take more than 1/10 sec to take a pictures too, usually. So if the pictures are deleted it should not warrant too much attention too? ok.. this is a bit far stretched example.. like comparing apples and oranges. I just type for fun.
Actually, not to mention that even 5 minutes is effort, the issue here is the expression of opinions. You voiced your opinions or comments in a discussion than someone just deprived you of the right to communicate your opinion to the other members by deleting everything that you have said or typed. I'm just curious what other members feel about this..
