    Default Question Regarding Photograph Rights

Just wondering...with all those competitions coming up with 'sole ownership of the copyright' stuff ()....

Are 2 similar shots taken of the same thing in a different time frame different shots? They are right? An example would be firing 5 shots at 5fps of the same subject. The shots will be pretty darn similar but technically, i can submit 4 of those to different competitions (and keep one for my personal use),ya?

    Just Wondering...

winning shots taken during the time of an event supposedly cannot be used for other competitions but the way i see it...there are people who recycle winning shots in lieu of the rules.

non-winning shots taken during the events depend on the T&C of the contest organizers whether belong to you or the organization.

but lets say the contests are together simultaneously or no limit as to when you took your pics, just send and send.
You wont see me much less remember me but i am the guy who makes you look good.

as long as the photos are taken during different timings, i believe they can be used for different competitions. make sure you have the originals untouched so you can prove that the photos are different should there be any accusations later.
