I am having a wedding luncheon on 18.10.09 and am still looking for actual day videographer. Besides videography coverage, i would like to request for a childhood montage to be shown on the actual day and also a summary video of the event.

Probably you need to relook at your timing. Just my personal suggestion... your event coverage up to 3pm.. and summy of video montage to be delivered prior to dinner which means he has only 3hrs to edit a 9hrs event and deliver it for your viewing first as well.
Unless its a express drag and drop video clips, otherwise it will be tough to do it.

fringe requests for "a summary video of the event". I guess the summary video of the event is for the DVD...else he/she would have stated "a summary video of the day happening for the luncheon".

And if fringe really wants a highlight of the morning happenings to be played at the luncheon, then playplay is right. Not enough time to edit. Cos the videographer will shoot till about noon, 12.30pm starts shooting the receptions of guests. So, not really possible for the highlights. But highlights can be added into the DVD of the end product.

sorry if i caused any confusion on this. we understand that there would not be sufficient time to do the express highlights to be shown during lunch.

we could do with an highlights of the day's event after the actual day.

we would work within the realistic deliverables to manage our expectations.

we are still searching for the videographer while reviewing the emails we have. Please do keep them coming.
