Hi guys, just want to cheak with you.
If I mount the 18-105mm VR on to my D60, will the lens block the built-in flash? Thanks!

Nikon lens , length 89mm diameter 76mm, so it's smaller than your Sigma lens

most probably yes specially on 18mm. to counter that you could use a pop up diffuser. I have a 18-55mm lens w/ hood on it, when using BI Flash and zoomed out all the way to 18mm, I have shadow on the bottom center of the image but when using a pop up diffuser I don't get any shadow. I would suggest observe first if you'll get a shadow from 18mm all the way to 55mm, if yes use an external flash or buy a pop-up diffuser. ![]() |
