Im a newbie at DSLR so not really sure on how to capture good night shots. Need some advice.

Great shot llan! You really put that one together perfectly. I’m sure a lot of digital photos nowadays go to ps or some sort of photo editing program before being posted for the public to see. Other times, a photo can be so good that it surely seems ps was the only way they could get that image.

Actually long exposure does give some very nice effects. That is the reason why I choose to shoot at night....it gives more room for creativity.

Will post some "creative" shots that I shoot that night when I have the time. No got Assignments to do.
