Default photoshop help with flashlight

Hi all,

need some help here with regards to photoshopping a ray of light from a flash in the photo, as if the flash fired while i took the photo. took a photo recently which included a sb800 in it. after looking at the photos, realised it would look better had it fired. anybody knows how to add that burst of light in photoshop? much appreciated thanks.
