i am searching something to store large amount of image data without PC or laptop.

portable harddisk may be a good choice
if you direct transfer from CF, SM, SD, x-drive II is not a bad choice... |

I know of this product:
http://www.archos.com/products/prw_5...byy32y2bskfcsk Costs $520 from MemoryWorld at SLS. Looks like a good device aprt from the internal battery and limitation to only CF card. An MP3 player by itself. Cannot view the pictures but overall quite good consider its size. Battery like can hold 6GB of transfer before going flat. I've seen my buddy using this http://www.archos.com/products/prw_500569.html cost about RM2500 for a 20GB.
The only lacking of this is the battery life, if only it have some sort of external battery pack like the Nixvue DA Lite, |
