I have two rolls of very very expired film. A ektachrome and some chinese brand film called era that was to be processed by 1997 and 1993 respectively. I read that when dealing with expired films you should rate them lower than their original rating. Is this true? how much lower should i rate them? Any precautions or things to take note off before using expired films?
