Adobe CS4 Web Premium activation problems

After installing Adobe Web Premium Suite (the student version), it worked fine for over a month, then suddenly each individual software in the suite suddenly seems to require activation. But the Adobe Web Premium serial no. on the back of the box no longer works for any of the software in the suite!

Eg: When I'm try to open Adobe Acrobat, I'm prompted to enter the Acrobat serial no. Then when I launch Photoshop, I'm prompted to enter the Photoshop serial no. Problem is, I have none of those serial numbers! I only have the Adobe Web Premium Suite serial number which doesnt work!

Before my integrity is questioned, Yes, I'm a student and purchased it legally through school.

For whatever money you paid, isn't that a proper tech support for you to call?

IIRC, I dont recall keying in the serial number from the back of the box instead you need to follow the instrcution given go to web and they will reply you the serial number through email ...

Mine different leh, the serial number is inside (not at the back of) the box

Try and ask from the vendor helpdesk? Is it from mine.com.sg?

You are suppose to send in a copy of ur student card and the code you find inside the box to adobe.
They will then send you your serial number. Read that card that is in your box.

Mine was from a vendor in a mini roadshow in school... I don't think they dare to sell pirated :s

Mine wasnt like this, the serial sticker was inside the box...

I know there's more than one discounted version right? One educational and one student...

Maybe you should call the vendor/adobe then.
What you have should be the trial code, not ur license code.
