    Exclamation Shoot,shoot,shoot outing part 4 (For whatever camera's)

    We will be having another outing on 27/6/09 (Saturday), its open for everyone and any camera brands.. for those interested to make new friends and to share experience you are welcome to join us..

    Venue : Botanical Gardens (Day shoot) / Marina Barrage (Night Shoot)
    Time : 12 pm
    Meeting Point : Far east plaza (KFC)

    To those involved these are the bus service to marina barrage..

    Getting there
    Address: 260 Marina Way, Singapore 018976
    Free shuttle bus service from Marina Bay MRT Station to Marina Barrage.
    Mondays to Fridays
    Every 15-minute intervals
    From 8.30am-7.15pm
    * From 11.30am-12.30pm (30 minute intervals)
    Last Bus from MRT: 6.00pm
    Last Bus from Marina Barrage: 7.15pm

    Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays
    Every 10-minute intervals
    From 9.00am-9.00pm
    Last Bus from MRT: 8.00pm
    Last Bus from Marina Barrage: 9.00pm

    hey, newbie here. go botanic gardens need to bring macro lens??

    i went there last week with my 50mmf1.8 and 450D. effects are so so. maybe its my problem.=(

    Morning would be a better time for macro shots. In the afternoon, you may be able to get some butterflies and dragonflies but it may be too hot for them to be flying around too.

    well the meeting will be at 12... some will be later till drag to 1 or 1:30 or even 2pm.. so just nice..

    yup... tentatively i think everyone will like to grab some lunch too right? so reach there will be ok... mid afternoon will be nice for shooting...

    ps... btw... i do not have macro lens... haha... maybe i bring my PnS camera and switch to "flower" mode...

    well... it's all in the fun of taking photos anyway... a camera is still a camera... just that maybe i'm using a Honda Wave compared to a BMW GS, i will just take longer...

    Next time meeting.. Can someone pls introduce your NICK first then ur Name... else i dont have photographic memory who is who.. i dont want to knoe ppl from the camera brand and len model..
