DIY PT-04 wireless flash trigger battery mod
Hi, just wanted to share a little mod that i did to my wireless flash reciever.
I added a AA battery holder so that it does not need to use CR2 batteries anymore. It looks like this.  Instructions on how to do this can be found at http://photobuok.wordpress.com/2009/...-battery-hack/ Cheers!

cool. thanks for sharing. last year, someone mentioned about modifying the PT-04 to increase the reliability and distance but didnt see any following thread. What a waste? :P

Haha, i think i did mention something like that before as well.
i wanted to do it together with this mod, but could not find a suitable pen cap to cover the antenna.
