In the selection of moderators, the following criteria and assessments are used before a moderator is appointed :-
a) Maturity
b) Level-headedness and non-emotional
c) Good sense of fair play

lanxx: he is a very long regular like some of us here, and he's also more concerned about the direction of our posts. level headed enough i believe, though he likes to talk a lot of **** sometimes

Beivied is very sensible, considers all the differing points of view and is an excellent peace-maker.

She has been very active in the forum and has been rather sensible in handling things

beivied can la. she very free on, lagi more "on" than the divemasters here

would say she's most active and very sensible :P got ticked off a few times

Errrm... i think you guys are jumping the gun here ....

The poll to select the Moderators will be done by the Administrators and current Moderators.

So while this poll may serve to indicate the popularity of a member to be nominated, the actual decision will be made internally.

Of course, we will use this information in making a decision.
