Printing A0 Poster. HELP!

hello people

I need to print a A0 mosaic collage which i created using picasa3. However its only at 96dpi. I went thru the forum and learnt that it should be at least 150dpi and above yeah?

is there anyway to do it? its now in jpg form. there is about 340 picture in this collage.

please help thank u!

currently the resolution is at 5120x3657 ..
