Hi Guys

Been lurking around for quite awhile, decided to showcase some of my humble amature work here.
I shoot on film & on range finders only. Film junkie, thats why they say. I love RF because it is fully manual, manual settings, manual focusing etc. It is not the easiest camera to use but being able to take shots on it is very satisfying for me. Most of the time, am pretty close to my subjects, the longest lens I have is only 75mm.
I started photography about 2 years ago, self taught with some tips from folks here & there, been constantly trying to improve.

I started out with a humble 1970s Yashica Electro GS before moving on to a Voigtlander Bessa. Next body am targeting, hopefully is end of the year still got bonus, would be the Zeiss Ikon RF, budget M7 for me... Haha!

Shots are all self scanned without post processing.

Very nice shots!

But a lot of the shadow areas are blocked up. Did you increase the contrast or alter the curves significantly?

Thanks Pat, looking forward to see more from you holidaying shots as well. I've been stuck in the office 24/7, havent had the chance to travel around.

Nope, did not do anything to the pictures. Just get it straight back from the lab, chuck it into the film scanner at home & let it do its job. Usually scan at about 800dpi than post it onto flickr.
