Default Comments on the Fuji finepix series of cameras

Helping my friend find out about his sudden "want" to buy a good digital camera. I'm a canon boy so any comments and recommendations on the fujifilm finepix range of cameras - looking at 3.2 MP or above. Thanks first to the fuji experts out there!

What kind of budget are we looking at?

PS: If it's still possible, try to get a Fuji S602Z.

S602Z uses special technology to produce "4MP" equivalent pics using a 3MP SuperCCD. Second hand is around $700. Not too sure about retail prices.
