From what I heard from Riceball in Funan, Adobe has stopped selling the Edu pack in retail stores as it was being abused by some of the retailers. If you can't find any there, that means they have sold out all the remaining stock and there will not be any more.
You might want to contact Adobe Singapore to see how to get the Edu pack.
