Any idea when Nikkor AF-S 35mm 1.8 DX will be in town?

I have been searching this lens for a few days but its out of stock in town. Does anyone have any idea when will be this lens available in town?

when it comes in, only a few piece is given to a shop.
so i guess u'll have to wait lo..

i got mine after abt 1 mth of waiting and calling every week to check ..
its worth the wait .

hi bro, it's available in this new camera shop in chinatown for s$399(can negotiate some more)... i was just there last wednesday, too bad i was just canvassing for prices coz i dont have the budget, but i'll sure be back there when i get my salary. i forgot the name of the shop, coz it's a new one... but, it's on the left hand side when you go to terangganu street from chinatown mrt. i'll be there again this monday, i will note the name of the shop... i've noticed that most known shops in funan and sim lim are pricing it too high, a week ago, i asked for the price in this shop in funan, 5th level, no, not bally... the other one there... they were selling it for s$580!!! OMG!!! too high man!!!

Thanks guys! Will go to chinatown today. Hope can find that shop at Terangganu street. OMG the price at Funan is too high but I asked John last week that how much they used to sell. They told me around S$335. That is reasonable price...

$335?? I think that's the price they quote when they don't have stock

Actual prices I've got while physically holding the lens in the shop is around $370 - $390.

yes. john also quote me $335 when they dun haf stocks.

v long they nv call me.
until i got mine from CP (P) for $360 .
and lords called me the same day quote me $380 .

I called Lords a few days ago ... They had stock. U can always give them a call, even if no stock now, they'll take orders U can also try calling the shops listed on the Nikon price guide:

Hi All..Yeah I think John will quote less when they don't have any stock. Last time when I wanted to buy Tamron 18-270mm, they quote me less than what the market price. But they don't have stock. So I got it from other shop...Hope will get in better price...

Samuel never quoted me anything lower then market price, even when they dun have stocks.

the other kids, i got no idea. cos i only talk to Samuel. I find the other kids not being objective enough to be doing sales.
