    That shot put Singapore on the world map. It Won 1st Scott Kelby Photowalk last year.

    Photographer is Suhaimi Abdullah.

    He also recently won another international compy.

    Chabuk from work a short while and cycled down to Sembawang to snap this fireworks event organized by American Association of SG as part of their Independence Day celebrations. Took the shot from overhead bridge with some tall trees in the foreground....

    i left a comment about your photos. nice shot on the fireworks but it will be more dramatic with subjects in the same photo ie: city skyline with the fireworks on top.

    Thks guys! I was having a good time too as the fireworks were like just in front of me...ooohhh...aarrrgghhh!!! Sigh...only tall trees and some lamp posts ard la bro hehehe. want skyline must wait for NDP lor

    Yesterday was my Flickr 1st Anniversary and 1950 photos uploaded in 12 months.
    Looking back I think the happiest moment is knowing you guys in Clubsnap. Thank you for considering me a member of this thread.

    Shud the H1N1 'subsides' than we shud reconsider Cambodia. Bali or Philippines another option with lots of festival and booze. Can charge battery oso.

    Of the 3, Cambodia and Bali are under my radar.

    Anyway, H1N1 has reached it tipping point in Singapore. I wonder why the cases kept going up here so fast and other countries larger than Singapore is somehow reporting less new cases by the day.
