Looks like its going to an interesting 1-2 years for Pentaxian if it is true.

I'd say fake.
Can't think of any plausible reasons for all that redaction - except that it is a fake designed in such a way that there's a high probability of the things it in becoming true so that it when it happens, someone can say "See? It came true, it was real all the while"
