Lumix LX-3 Raw in Windows

I've installed the LX3 codec in Windows Vista, however, the thumbnail is not generated when I view the RW2 files in Windows explorer. Any idea what I can do?

Anyone can help? I've reinstall but no luck. The thumbnail still cannot be displayed.
