Pentax Service centre and some qns

Hello pentaxians,

Im wondering where is the pentax service centre. isit still under shriro? I heard that there are changes to the distro to Emjay.

I dont own a pentax camera but my gf does and its just a PnS camera. Though its outta warranty, id like to send it in for repair and see how much it'll cost, cause if its that expensive, might as well get a new PnS camera since the prices are getting cheaper. The model is the OptioM20 ( about 1-2yrs old?)


what actually happend ? I have no idea. she changed batteries and suddenly out of the blue, the camera just refuses to switch on. no lights nothing. i tried other batteries and still wont work too. She's going KL on saturday so im kinda in a rush lolz...

Some help and light would be good ... Thanks ....`

Just send in the camera and we will try to work resolve your repair issue as quickly as we can.

Dear Emjay, if you are reading this, im sorry but my first impression of you in the forum taking over the distro was great until i called your hotline. Very disappointed with whoever was manning the phone.
