Default Photo colours - filter or photoshop?

Hi all,

How does one get such colouring for the trees? Is it done through filter or Photoshop?
Is there a name to such colouring effects so i could google?

not HDR indeed. hard to say if its PP..looks natural to me, i think he shot this one in a good lighting condition.perhaps did something in curves, vibrance or whatever..but its minimal.
...maybe just WB.

It just looks like a bit of desaturation, a reduction in the green tone curve, increase in contrast and sharpening.
