your lense is with IS?

the water fountain looks good..the water seems to paused...what setting huh?

thanks for the feedback ...yes lens is IS and I am still working on my handheld techniques. Here is the info you requested:

tv - 1/1250
Av - 4.0
ISO - 1600
focal length: 55.0mm
Time of day - around 6.00pm
Handheld taken

Another shot of this small fountain, parameters the same as the first one except for tv (shutterspeed) is 1/2000.

thanks ... I just hope my lens copy is a sharp copy ... someone suggested to send it to Canon Centre to have it checked, wonder if this is the issue behind the soft images or just my techniques?
