Default Minimum Power for small studio

How much power do I need for a small studio like 4x5m or 5x6m in size?

Would 200W is enough for using any kind of modifier?

I've done some research and got to this conclusion, if you're going to do full body shots 200ws is not enough. Most recommend a pair 600~1000ws. I've recently went to studio workshop and got that recommendation as well. If you're doing head and shoulders only 200ws is enough.
