A trip to Yunnan
Was in Yunnan for 15 days, some pix to share...
 Men play a game of Chinese chess on a street of Kunming.  A man walks out of his apartment complex in Kunming.  Two women chat at the entrance to a mosque in Kunming.  A woman waits for customers to buy lamps use for making wishes in Lijiang's old town.  黑龙潭 Black Dragon Pool in Lijiang. to be continued... |

Thanks... Was there from May 3-17.
 A brace of ducks at 里格村 beside 泸沽湖  Men work to complete 猪槽船 trough-like boats at a workshop beside Lugu Lake. A few photos from a bonfire 篝火晚会 at 里格村 by men and women from the ethnic Mosou tribe 摩梭人.    to be continued... Last edited by oeyvind; 24th May 2009 at 05:52 PM. |

 A time exposure of Lugu Lake at Lige village.  Boat hands roll a trough-like boat towards Nisai village 尼赛村, where a cableway service take visitors to the Holy Gemu Mountain 格姆女神山.  A man fishes on his boat near Nisai village by Lugu Lake.  A panoramic view of Lugu lake from the Holy Gemu Mountain, near Nisai village.
