Default Does an adaptor exist for my telephoto lens

I have a Sigma 80-200 "Gemini" telephoto lens, bought about 20 years ago. It says MC Rokinon Auto Zoom. My husband got it for Canon 35mm camera he had at the time. I now have a Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ7 digital camera. Is there an adapter that will let me use this telephoto lens with the Lumix?

absolutely no.

the panasonic camera has a built-in lens. the lens that your husband bought is for a interchangable lens system.

Thanks Spartacus.ret. Found out the "Gemini" part was a removable UV lens. Guess I have much to learn.
