the 18-200mm OS by Sigma is a value for money lens, on top of it, this is a lens that has I.S, which is am improved version from its former. I considered this lens myself, however the range overlap my current lenses, overall a good travelling lens, with this you won't need to bring so many lens and change lens so often.
i think about 2 months ago, the new Sigma 180-250mm was launched in Singapore and is already in shops now. You can go check it out. I did test it out myself and found it quite expressive; especially what it can capture at maximum zoom. Worth considering paying more for something really new in the stores if you were to ask me. Hope it helps, just my five cents worth. |
